This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being close to the railway station and the exhibition center. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with private luxury bathrooms. The breakfast includes delicious Italian coffee for a good Espresso.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was small and did not have any facilities for long term stay ie. pool /spa etc but was very clean and the breakfasts were nice .. They did not serve any other meals but I think if there are enough of you in the party then I think they would cater for you. We were there on business and would stay there again.

No. We knew it was not a 4/5 star hotel therefore the facilities we would normally expect would not be available. We were pleasantly surprised to find it as comfortable as we did, as it was classed only 3 star.

The staff were great- especially Paolo on the front desk. Friendly and gave us good information on trains, restaurants etc. Great location- close to Malpensa and close to train station to get into Milan. Beds were comfortable. We were very pleased.

Everything was fantastic.

We used it as a one night stop after arriving late at Bergamo Airport. Perfect for our needs, easy to find (with gps) in a quiet suburb to Milano. Very good value for the money and a safe parking behind the hotel.

The quality of the room is decent with all the equipment you would expect from a proper hotel which makes it a good value. We also appreciate the attitude of the staff - they were very nice and helpful. A good place to visit Milan if you have a car or want to go there by train.

There were some problems with sending files over the wi-fi, but the staff was very kind and offered us to use their own computers.
